Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the RoboG One website and related recruiting and technology services.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Services scope
RoboG One provides IT recruiting and selected professional services, including DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, AI automation, and support. Final scope, deliverables, SLAs, and fees are defined in written agreements.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, lawful instructions, and timely cooperation
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain secure access controls for client-managed systems and credentials
- Ensure non-discriminatory and lawful hiring practices
4. Prohibited conduct and abuse
- No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive use
- No unauthorized access attempts, malware, harassment, or exploitation
- No misuse of candidate data, confidential information, or intellectual property
We may immediately suspend services, reject requests, terminate access, and preserve evidence for abuse, policy violations, legal risk, or suspected fraud without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
5. Security and compliance
We maintain controls aligned to SOC 2 principles and ISO 27001-oriented security management practices. Data protection obligations follow applicable laws, including GDPR where relevant.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for authorized business purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of pre-existing materials. New deliverables ownership and licensing are defined in project contracts.
8. Payment and commercial terms
Fees, payment terms, taxes, and reimbursement rules are defined in service agreements, statements of work, or invoices.
9. No unlawful use or bad-faith practices
Services may not be used to enable unlawful hiring practices, discrimination, sanctions evasion, deceptive screening, unauthorized surveillance, or any conduct that exposes RoboG One to legal or reputational risk. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue such engagements.
10. Disclaimer
Services are provided on a professional-efforts basis. Except where prohibited by law or expressly agreed in writing, no implied warranties are provided.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages are excluded. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant services in the preceding twelve months, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RoboG One against claims resulting from unlawful use, policy violations, or misuse of services and data.
13. Governing law, regional compliance, and changes
These Terms are governed by the law specified in the applicable service agreement. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version.
- EEA/UK clients: GDPR-aligned data processing and data subject rights apply where required.
- Other regions: Local mandatory data protection, employment, and commercial laws apply as legally required.
- Conflict rule: If signed contract terms differ from website terms, the signed contract controls.
